We understand that plans change. This policy applies to all direct bookings made through Pura Homes. Please read it carefully before confirming your reservation.
Refund Schedule
Refunds are calculated based on how far in advance you cancel relative to your check-in date.
How to Cancel
To cancel a booking, contact us directly via WhatsApp or email with your booking reference and check-in dates. Cancellations must be submitted in writing and are effective from the date we receive your message.
Modifications
Date changes are subject to availability. If you move your booking to earlier dates that fall within a stricter cancellation window, the stricter window applies. We will always do our best to accommodate changes where possible.
Force Majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond reasonable control — natural disasters, government travel bans, or similar events — we will work with you on a case-by-case basis to find a fair resolution, including rebooking credits where possible.
Refund Processing
Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–14 business days of the cancellation being confirmed. Bank transfer fees, where applicable, are deducted from the refund amount.
