These terms apply to all bookings and services arranged through Pura Homes. By confirming a booking with us, you agree to the following.
1. How Bookings Work
All bookings are made directly with Pura Homes via WhatsApp, email, or our website. We do not use an online booking engine. Availability is confirmed manually, and a booking is only secured once you have received a written confirmation from us and a deposit has been received.
2. Pricing & Fees
Rates are quoted in USD or IDR and are inclusive of local taxes unless otherwise stated. We charge no service fee — what you see is what you pay. Rates may vary by season and length of stay. The rate confirmed at the time of booking is locked in for your stay.
3. Payment
A deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due before or on check-in, as agreed at the time of booking. Payment methods accepted include bank transfer and other methods communicated directly by our team. Payments in USD may be subject to exchange rate conversion.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Our cancellation policy applies to all bookings. Please refer to the Cancellation Policy page for full details on refund eligibility and timelines.
5. Check-in & Check-out
Standard check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM (noon). Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and must be requested in advance. We will always try to accommodate where possible.
6. Guest Responsibilities
You are responsible for the conduct of all guests staying at the property. This includes: keeping noise to a reasonable level, not exceeding the maximum guest capacity, treating the property and its contents with care, and respecting the privacy and rules of neighboring properties. Any damage to the property during your stay is your responsibility and may be charged accordingly.
7. Property Condition
We do our best to ensure every property is presented accurately. Photographs, descriptions, and amenity lists are maintained in good faith. Minor variations in furnishings or equipment may occur. If something significant is incorrect or unavailable on arrival, contact us immediately and we will work to resolve it.
8. Liability
Pura Homes acts as a property management and booking intermediary. We are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage arising from your stay, except where directly caused by our negligence. We recommend guests obtain travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and personal property.
9. Privacy
We collect only the personal information needed to process your booking and communicate with you. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from a booking will be resolved in good faith through direct communication in the first instance.
