Please take note of the following before booking:

• There is ongoing construction in the surrounding area. Construction hours are generally between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, but schedules may vary and noise levels can be unpredictable.

• As the property is located near a road, occasional sounds from passing motorbikes and local street dogs may be heard.

• Surrounded by tropical nature and rice field areas, guests may encounter insects, geckos, and other small tropical wildlife, which is part of the authentic Bali environment.

• Ganesha Joglo is not a fully private villa. The entrance is shared with Ganesha Studio Guest House, and the swimming pool is a shared facility with other guests.

• Due to the traditional open design, pool access, and safety considerations, the property is not suitable for babies or young children.

• Please be aware that occasional power outages may occur due to the local electricity provider (PLN) or weather conditions. These interruptions are beyond our control and may temporarily affect electricity and internet connectivity.
